We went to New York for Scott's schooling for a week. He had classes at night and the we played during the day and on the weekend. Scott got high honor chords because he had a 4.0 GPA and he got the Yeagor award for outstanding academic achievement. I'm so proud of him. He is such a hard worker. Scott's mom and sister Amanda also came with us. Amanda's boyfriend surprised her (he told her he couldn't go with us) on the top of the empire state building with an engagement ring. Ground zero was emotional. It brought back all of the memories of 911. I am so grateful for all of the men and women who died trying to help and rescue people in the towers.
Central Park is the best part of New York. It's right in the middle of Manhattan and it's huge.
I have to say I'm pretty jealous you got to go to New York!! That was one of my most favorite trips that I have been on. We can't wait to go back! Way to go, Scott! That's so awesome that he has done so well in school!! Hopefully you guys get to move to AZ for him to do flying out here he he! :) Miss you!
